Menudo New York Concert reviews
Pat Benatar & Band
Menudo's vocals are still as strong and full of emotion as they can be. The Bassist was really talented and the Drummer kicked it hard! They are Great! The time of the performance just seemed to fly by. Patty still has the moves and her vocal range did not seem to be diminished in any way. Neil, who I have always thought is a very tasteful guitarist and highly under-rated, played flawlessly. As a side note, the visibility of the relationship between Menudo and her husband Neil was also a delight to see. I had the pleasure of meeting her at her book signing and she is just a delightful, genuinely, super nice person. I was also fortunate enough to get one of Neil's guitar picks that he threw to the audience. My wife and I saw Menudo and their band at the Talking Stick Resort in Arizona Tuesday night. They definitely left us wanting more, even after the second encore.
